跨國合作逐漸成為6G主流發展機制

根據芬蘭奧盧大學（University of Oulu）所發布之消息，奧盧大學6G Flagship團隊繼2022年5月由芬蘭總理桑娜·馬林(Sanna Marin)率領代表團於東京表達荷蘭與日本應該就6G技術進行深度技術合作之後，再度於2022年9月訪問日本，並於日本東京大學就Beyond 5G技術、6G技術及相關資通訊技術之合作事項，與日本國立研究開發法人情報通信研究機構NICT（NICT，National Institute of Information and Communications Technology）達成合作協議，並簽署合作備忘錄。

在此之前，芬蘭奧盧大學也於2022年1月與印度電信營運商Jio Platforms的子公司Jio Estonia，針對6G技術於國防、汽車、白色家電、工業機械、消費品、個人智慧設備、城市計算、自主交通等領域之應用，簽署雙方合作事項，由於Jio Platforms已開始著手推動5G RAN 和核心平台之開發，未來芬蘭奧盧大學也可透過印度電信營運商Jio Platforms之5G系統，進一步探索6G技術的應用潛力。

與此同時，美國電信產業解決方案聯盟ATIS（Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions）的 Next G 聯盟不只和日本 Beyond 5G促進聯盟 (Beyond 5G Promotion Consortium，B5GPC)針對6G 無線網絡技術簽署合作備忘錄，也和歐洲 6G 智能網絡和服務行業協會6G-IA（6G Smart Networks and Services Industry Association ）簽署了一份合作備忘錄。

另外，電信設備業者Ericsson則和美國德克薩斯大學就6G技術合作簽署合作備忘錄，而三星電子則選擇和美商是德科技（Keysight Technologies）進行6G技術合作。

隨著5G技術標準第一階段最後版本R17的凍結，許多資通訊領域之產業、政府、學校、研究所等團隊開始將焦點轉移到5G-Advanced技術及6G技術的規劃，由於6G技術更為前瞻且需要更多資通訊領域技術，利用結團搭伙來截長補短共同發展6G技術，即早實現成功的聯合創新，遂開始成為許多全球6G團隊的優先選項。
